My Daily Schedule

Well here it is… My dreaded daily schedule post. It’s dreaded because it’s not going to be what you think. So let’s get into it.

Monday – Friday: I wake up at 4:30 AM, brush my teeth, eat breakfast, and then leave my apartment by 5:15 AM. I walk to the gym on campus because it’s where I have my current membership. The gym opens at 6:00 AM and I am usually done working out, showering, and dress to leave by 7:15 AM.Then I head for my daily coffee from Starbucks. Finally I’m in my office by 7:45 AM.

I work 8:00 – 5:00 PM everyday for the university. No day is really the same but my job duties are, if that makes sense. After work, I usually have a package to pick up or mail to grab at the apartment office before I go home and eat dinner. I usually eat dinner around 6:00 PM. Then I do some reading and maybe pick around with my guitar or play the piano. At 7:00 PM I turn all of my electronics off and take a shower, afterwards I relax and meditate a bit before going to bed.

Saturday: I sleep in until 6:00 AM, I get up and make myself an omelet for breakfast. Then I sit down and I write two to four blog posts so that I always have something going up. Around 12:00 PM I will take a break and eat lunch. After lunch, I will either go back to writing blog posts or start working on my book. For the rest of the afternoon, I either watch Netflix or listen to music and relax.

Sunday: I sleep in until 6:00 AM, I get up and make myself an omelet for breakfast. Then I sit down and work on my book or on writing songs.
Around 12:00 PM I will take a break and eat lunch. After lunch, I usually start my laundry and will start cooking whatever I planned to make for my weekly meal prep for the upcoming week. After laundry and meal prep was done, I was in bed by 8:00 PM.

This was my daily schedule a month ago…

Now, I’m too busy to be able to do this routine. I started working out again when the school gym reopened from holiday break and my body just wasn’t ready for it. So, I decided to take out the gym from my morning so that I could sleep a little more since I’m up later to work on homework. I definitely feel like an undergraduate student again…

I really messed up this last weekend. Hence, I’m writing this on Sunday (yes, yesterday). I really did not use my time like I should have. Saturday, I made myself an omelet like I always do on the weekends but for some reason, this one just did not sit well with me. I spent the next few hours of the day running to the bathroom every 10 – 15 minutes. So I decided to not do what I had planned for the day. I was going to go to my office and film the next episode of my YouTube channel and get everything done. Well now, it’s Sunday and I’m in my office at work trying to play catch up.. At this very moment, I’m supposed to be doing laundry…

Anyway, my daily schedule is almost the same in terms of getting my daily coffee around 7:15 AM and working 8:00 – 5:00 PM but I’ve still got some work to do when it comes to time management.

I apologize if you feel like you wasted your time reading this because there really was no point to it… Just me, typing away.
